フィードバックを提供するTavern 214 offers excellent food. I tried the Cheese and Salumi plate, which included salami, three types of hard cheese, various meats, and a sweeter version of prosciutto. Everything was delicious. I also ordered their ginger ale, which was fine but could have used a bit more flavor. The service was very good; while it was a tad slow, the staff was enthusiastic and clearly knew what they were doing. The bartender is willing to make off-menu drinks, including a "Sbagliato." The atmosphere was another highlight; I visited in the evening and appreciated the dim lighting, which the bartender described as creating a great "feel." It provided a calming environment. Overall, Tavern 214 is a wonderful spot with a captivating atmosphere, attentive service, and most importantly, fantastic food.
We had our wedding dinner on November 1st, and I can't say enough about how accommodating and professional the entire team was. I handled everything remotely from New York City, and everything turned out perfectly. I trusted them completely, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was. I am incredibly grateful to them for making my special day truly magical.
I stumbled upon this amazing restaurant while taking in the beautiful fall colors. Everything, from the preparation to the presentation, was excellent. The appetizers featured some unique combinations, particularly the bruschetta. The spare ribs and lobster mac were fantastic. The staff made us feel very welcome, and it truly felt like we had discovered a hidden gem.
We have a ski home at Hunter Mountain and eat here frequently. T214 is always consistently great. Pete and Vivian are awesome hosts and restaurant veterans. You will be hard pressed to find better food, service and ambiance in the area. Cowboy steak for two at the bar is my favorite and our pups always get to enjoy some leftovers.
Great staff, lively vibe and most importantly DELICIOUS food. Menu was mix of American classics like steaks and fish, but also included other eclictic items like tuna poke and smoky chipotle braised ribs; all were excellent
