Ocean - Phnom Penh

The best place in the city to enjoy top-class European and Mediterranean cuisine. absolutely stunning wine selection and friendly staff. I'll go there whenever I can. this place is so good. in this city there are of course many places with great food. but this is especially that promotes deeply rooted culture and environment.

Excellent Mediterranean food place that had been a favourite for years. Best chocolate mousse in Phnom Penh. Now has a huge selection of gluten free options including pasta. Great service in a simply stuled, casual but elegent location.

One of our favourite restaurants in Phnom Penh. Small and very humble locale, but the food is always amazing! Business lunch, or romantic dinner? Works as well for both types!!

Is this place open still? Been here on 3 different occasions but doors are closed. Always been great every time I’ve went in the past. Hope it’s survived the tough times. :

Had a great meal with friends here. ordered their set menu that do not disappoint, especially that the price was cheap in view of the quality of food. square is beautifully made and cozy with an exhibition of paintings from Cambodian artist chimm sothy. parking is a bit spicy, so make sure to park somewhere.
