Standard Tap - Philadelphia

Always looking for neighborhood spots that are quality AND accommodate my one-year old when my husband and I need a night out and have no sitter. They were so accommodating here, staff is always so friendly, drink selection on point and the food is always phenomenal. Highly recommend!!!!Food: 5/5

So, I've been here a few times and it used to be good. The food now is just mediocre to just bad. I ordered the fish and chips and I didn't eat any of the fish. I tried one bite and the fish was so overcooked it was mush fried with no flavor. There weren't a lot of people there and the kitchen wasn't busy. Hopefully they do something different because they have so much potential.

Chris and Brian are both awesome bartenders, full of energy, and great service! I absolutely love the food and the variety of options. When bringing my sister to Philly this was the place I knew I needed to take her because it's a comfortable place and lots of fun! My boyfriend and I go almost weekly because we love how welcome everyone is and how much fun we always have here! I always recommend Standard Tap to friends and family visiting the area!

I've been a big fan of Standard Tap for a LONG TIME! I lived in No Libs for 10 years and now Fishtown for 5 and this is still one of my favorite spots to grab a burger and a beer. Cheers to Will and the crew for keeping this place consistent for such a long time.Food: 5/5

It was my first time here and I gotta say it was an awesome atmosphere. The top floor gives a good moody date night vibe with a view overlooking the street below.The food and drinks were also pretty good.Appetizers:Spinach Artichoke Dip This was flavored better that most places. The cheese was absolutely delicious and perfectly salted.Garden Salad The pickled veggies were tangy. The cucumber was a bit soggy but the cauliflower and roasted peppers were the standouts.Drinks:The Monarch (mocktail) This one was also super tangy with a hint of sweetness. Might take a few sips to adjust to the sourness.Lavender Paloma This one was delicious also. The lavender is less pronounced in this drink so make sure to stir well so the alcohol doesn't overwhelm the taste.
