フィードバックを提供するI am a fan of Korean cuisine and decided to try this place based on its good reviews. However, I was disappointed with the food. I ordered a veggie hot stone dish for $20, but was surprised to find that the rice was already fried and there was baby crate spinach instead of sigeumuchi namul. The tofu was bland and the wild rice was soggy. The staff at the counter did not seem interested in helping me with my order. The dish eventually cooked through, but I was uncomfortable eating it. I would not recommend this place as there are better Korean restaurants in the area.
I absolutely love this place! Every time I am in Philly, I make sure to visit. A new favorite of mine is definitely their DIY hot stone construction. I love that I can build my own dish exactly how I want it. I have tried most of the menu now, and I am torn between the hot stone, Katsu bulgogi, and japchae as my new favorite. The fact that it is BYOB makes the late-night visits even more enjoyable. The atmosphere and staff are super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning.
After taking a stroll, we decided to dine at a Korean restaurant, one of our favorites. The portions were generous and the service was friendly. My partner ordered the short ribs and I had the bibimbap, which were absolutely delicious. The menu also had plenty of vegetarian options. The food tasted fresh and the restaurant had a cozy and intimate ambiance, making it feel like a hidden gem.
Hidden gem. amazing eating, fresh ingredients and nice staff. the forks and knives feel like at home rather than a restaurant. 10/10 would recommend.
Bought the shrimp shumai and chicken katsu at 10:30pm on a Saturday so yummy! the place was not crowded, the food was a good portion, esp. the chicken. The staff was very nice too. It took several minutes to get our food but that’s because everything was cooked on the spot. I will definitely be returning!
