フィードバックを提供するThe broccoli and cheddar soup arrived hot, which was a nice touch. However, the Turkey Bacon Bravo was disappointing as it was missing the signature sauce that typically makes the sandwich. As a result, it was extremely dry.
The Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich with Creamy Tomato Soup was delicious! However, the chicken noodle soup was a bit lackluster. Unfortunately, there were no plastic utensils or napkins provided.
Sandwich order wasnt complete, it didnt have the baguette. Flatbread order was missing all the sauces and all ingredients where on the center
My order took almost an hour to be prepared - my delivery person was waiting at Panera Bread for at least 30 minutes for my order. Keep in mind that Panera Bread is considered fast food, so I could have dined in a restaurant and left in a shorter amount of time. When the food finally arrived, the panini was mostly bread with very few toppings, hardly qualifying as a sandwich. Additionally, the food was cold upon arrival. I highly recommend avoiding this Panera location, especially when ordering through DoorDash. Hopefully, their in-person service is faster and of higher quality. If not, I am unsure how they are still in business.
I am usually a big fan of Panera, but my recent experience was disappointing. On November 30, 2022, I placed a catering order for a group of doctors for delivery on December 1, 2022. I received an email confirmation immediately after placing the order, but did not receive any further communication from the café. On the morning of December 1, I received a frantic call informing me that the food had not been delivered and asking if I had received a cancellation notice. Despite not hearing from the café, I instructed my coworkers to contact them for an update. Multiple calls went unanswered, including attempts to speak with the manager. When I finally visited the café, I was told that the order had been canceled the previous day due to too many catering orders. I did not receive any notification of the cancellation, but inexplicably received a thank you email for my order that same morning. This lack of communication and organization is unacceptable, especially considering the challenges many businesses have faced during the pandemic. I have had issues with orders from this location in the past, and this experience will likely be my last. I plan to contact Panera's corporate office to express my concerns.
