Biscuits are not fully cookedThey got my order wrong after they repeated it back to me and I corrected themDon’t have soda!!! So just water, lemonade. Ordered lemonade and they gave me water!!!

I went to Harbison ave. Food was wrong. Took back to get fixed. Ended up getting a refund. 26.33. On my card. Manager was mean. Slammed the window as I was speaking. I NEVER yelled ,as she did. Telling me I couldn't get a receipt for my refund. Which still isn't on my card. I work retail,and would NEVER treat a customer the way I was treated.

If I could give a one star, I would. Biscuits weren’t even cooked and the Mac and cheese tasted like dirt or cement. Then when you try and call they don’t even pick up the phone. I rather wait alil for my food than have nasty and uncooked food!

The KFC was closings but the still pulled me in. So I tried to order a chicken sandwich but they had ran out. But luckily they had say we got the chicken ?. Then I proceeded to order they famous chicken it was amazing.Between us I was going to BK there chicken killed the game.Chicken Finger licking Good. I guess.
