Ikki Japanese Cuisine - Philadelphia

Place is closed reservation accepted but when I arrived looked permanently closed. Disappointed.

A great dinner spot near the Arden theater. It was smaller than expected and with very limited seating but we were fine.

I made evening reservations, then later showed up to the restaurant in the middle of staff gathering their belongs. They then told my party that they were closed for the night could not be serviced.

Sushi was very good. However, the interior was cold and uncomfortable, there were flies, we kept having people walk past our table to get takeout, and the Valentine 's Special we signed up for didn 't really exist. Not a great date place, but good otherwise.

They should not serve food with plastic utencils and should always have tea available.
