フィードバックを提供するThe classic roll and caramel pecanbon were dry and contained an undetectable amount of cinnamon. What a disappointment. It was dry bread with icing. Had to throw them away. Feeling cheated. Save your money. Not the Cinnabon we all know and love.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I really enjoyed these two dishes. Even though they were served cold, they were still very tasty.
I'm so happy to see them here at last! I've been coming here since I was a kid. Back in the day, they were larger and only cost around a dollar and some change. Then the price went up to two dollars. Now they're about five dollars each, but they're smaller than they used to be—time really flies! Despite that, they're still the best buns around, and I’ll always keep coming back for them!
The churro sticks were fantastic, but I wouldn’t recommend the mini cinnamon BonBites. They don’t taste like the real deal at all. Those mini treats are best suited for someone you dislike, or if you're just looking for food to use as decorations!
The staff was highly unprofessional and appeared unhappy to be working. When I requested a box of four Cinnabons, I was informed that they had no boxes available for that quantity. I then inquired about getting six fresh Cinnabons in a box, only to be told they were out of boxes and done for the day. I pointed out that I could clearly see boxes available, and their response was that I would have to pay for six individual Cinnabons, even though they were in a new box and fresh. This felt completely unreasonable and absurd. The tone in which the employee spoke was surprisingly aggressive. If they are unhappy with their job, perhaps they should consider changing their approach so that customers can have a more enjoyable experience. This aligns with the numerous reviews highlighting unprofessional customer service.
