I picked it up confirmed if was the same spicy sauce that apos;s on the wings, it was. The woman at the counter mentioned to be sure to sprinkle the shredded green onin over the chicken. It would be "harmonious" she said. It was.
Im obsessed with this place ive ordered here way too many times
We started with the Crabstick Kimbap which was really good. My fiancé was expecting it to taste like sushi which it does not. She was a little let down by them but I thought they were good. They then brought out the bang bang shrimp and the bulgogi fried rice. The bang bang shrimp was an appetizer but is definitely enough for a meal. The flavors on this shrimp were delicious. They were very breaded but were extremely well seasoned. The bulgogi fried rice was an entree but was enough for 2-3 people to eat. This was better than expected. It had vegetables and what seemed like a 2 egg omelette buried instead of it. The rice was also sprinkled with what seemed to be mozzarella cheese. I don?t know if this is customary of Fried rice in Korean food but that was the first time I?ve had it like that. I loved it. Lastly, those wings mannnnnn. Them jawns were serious. Best Korean fried chicken wings I?ve ever had. Nuff said!
I ordered the spicy wings and kimchi. They were fabulously delicious. The wings came out piping hot temp wise and were crispy, juicy, tender with the right amount of spicy kick with touch of sweet. They were definitely spicy, but it didn 't go beyond that 'yiked, I can 't feel my lips level ' so your safe. I plan to try the soy garlic next or maybe the sweet chili. I don 't think you 'll be disappointed with way.
Great sweet chili wings and good kimchi! A very busy spot.
