フィードバックを提供するSlow! Very slow. I know it?s all kids and teenagers working, but I had to wait 23-25 minutes for a simple order. I also asked them multiple times to make coffee since they were out. Waited 40 minutes and left instead. It?s a cold day, 48 degrees, you?dthink coffee would be readily available if it?s on the menu. Pick it up whataburger! You can do better.
I waited for 45 minutes in the drive thru with only 6 people in front of me. How is this considered fast? The quality of the food was sub par. This was a waste of time and this store should be shut down if they can?t improve their quality or efficiency.Sad that this franchise is so awful now. I?m legit watching people stand around in the kitchen not working. This staff is theworst I?ve ever seen. Not worth the money or the time wasted at this location. In N Out is a better option at this point.
This must be one of the worst places in the whole Austin area. The food quality is fine when you get it, but they are so slow and deorganized at this point it always takes forever. There is no point in doing a mobile job for pickup or curbside because it takes longer than just waiting in the long drive-thru line. The employees are very nice and I feel bad for them because they are always angry because of obviously poor administration.
Very rude interactions with this location. Takes a very long time to get your order through drive thru or going inside. It looks like a lot of teens with no management trying to run the store. Drive thru always had an attitude like we are bothering by ordering food. Going inside no one would come to the counter.
Not all whataburgers created equal. About time we had a good burger at a whataburger. Was unfamiliarily freshly madeFood: 5/5
