Spirit Of Texas Brewstillery

I really liked this mom and pop distillery. I don't like whiskey generally. However theirs was very smooth. We tried the sampler. The silver rum had a serious kick to it; it reminded me of tequila. The pecan rum was nice! We bought a bottle of the pecan rum and are will be going back for more!

Great place to hang out! Accommodating environment. Friendly folks and even friendlier service. Love the craft beer, cocktails and events. Perfect place to call your spot. Seems everytime I 'm there the experience gets better. Come support local. Totally worth it.

Took the tour and learned so much from Mike, the distillery sommelier. Loved the smoked Old Fashioned and the Root Beer Float. Enjoyed the live music. Bought a bottle to enjoy at home. Also trued the Siracha beer pretzels as well as the Pilsner flavor. Will have to return to try the rest of the cocktails.

This place is making some of the best whiskey in this area. We were really impressed by both the quality and the service. Both the owner and the spirits sommelier were super nice guys, and went above and beyond to give us a great experience. They are making some really interesting and good spirits that are distilled from their beer runs right now. We really appreciate them-definitely check this place out!
