Beginning with wonderful bread variations, start on an evening that only gets a little through the still overpriced wines, a steamer. Not that the wines offered are not fantastic, according to the typical German habit that Italians or Spaniards would not tolerate, to find too much on the map. I think it's a little rainy. The service is undoubtedly excellent and does not convey a stiff character, as it contributes positively to a beautiful evening. The dishes are all a perfect pleasure and stay in very good memory, over the evening. My recommendation for this special and particularly delicious restaurant.

We were here at our 33. Wedding day ... reservation via internet, the reception was very pleasant, the menu offers something for everyone, we took the calfscarree for 2 people ... simply super. At any time recommended! ... we were here for the second time and will surely go back if we want to spend a nice evening.

We spent one night at Villa Hammerschmiede, and went to the Good Stuben for dinner. Offered will be a good range of local and international specialties, all prepared with pea. You can see that this is the 'small' offshoot of the adjacent gourmet restaurant. Our dishes were excellent, the wine recommendation of the very friendly staff was excellent. There is a children's card, which we felt very helpful. The ambience is friendly and cozy, ideal for a quiet evening. We had absolutely nothing to expose, everything was right down to detail. Three main dishes plus nightish, a glass of wine came to just under €100, that was also worth it. At any time, very excellent.

We had decided to visit Villa Hammerschmiede in the short term and chose the 'Guten Stuben' instead of the gourmet restaurant this time. We could choose whether we wanted to sit in the beautiful garden or in the cozy restaurant. The service was used very friendly and competent. The quality and taste of the food was excellent. I have rarely eaten such a perfect beef tartar. Whether you are in the gourmet restaurant, in the Guten Stuben, or stay at the hotel, the warm hospitality at Villa Hammerschmiede is simply pleasant.

Civilian cuisine, inexpensive, homely ambience, nice service, you can enjoy well and sit comfortably. It's not a gourmet temple, but all right!
