フィードバックを提供するChange much from great to terrible. I'm not going to visit this place anymore. Was screamed during the order. And when I got my food, they looked like they made terrible stuff.
Went through the ride thru was yelled by the guy who took orders, ordered a happy meal for my son, they served me a diet coke (ordered a reg) and only a toy apple in his happy meal. Bring me an extra setting if you ask me for my food. Just reason I didn't stink is because the manager was super nice about it and explained they had new people.
Something is wrong with my order every time I come here, but today took the cake. My boyfriend and I joke like many people in the area about how terrible this location is as far as order quality, accuracy and customer service but I had never needed to write a review until today. We had stopped in the drive thru before he dropped me off at my apartment, and we were hoping that with new staff, and remodel that things would go well this time. We were wrong. We ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal, a sausage egg and cheese muffin and a sausage burrito. Service was quick, tried the fries as we were pulling away and they were old but with this location, whatever. About a minute after dropping me off, he text me saying they forgot the egg on his sandwich and he was stopping back, I jokingly asked if I should make sure there was meat on my cheeseburgers, and on a lark I checked. There was no meat, NO meat, two buns with ketchup, cheese, pickles, relish with NO BURGER PATTY. On both of them! I sent him a picture and he got me two new ones but come on!!! This place needs to be completely retrained or restaffed. If you come here check your order when you receive your food and expect attitude when you ask them to correct their mistakes.
My food was cold again from this location. Obviously not following there protocols as it continues to happen. Poor customer service with no apologies or having to wait through the drive through line again because the lobby is closed. Poor management.This used to be a great location but I will not be returning.
I stop here a couple times a week. It used to be fine but the past couple months it's been terrible service. Today I finally decided to leave a review after sitting in drive thru for 5+ minutes with no communication. I decided to leave only to noticethere were no cars in front of me. The drive thru attendant was sitting at the window, headset on, and back turned. Seemed to beignoring customers on purpose. The other two McDonald's in the area have zero issues like this.
