フィードバックを提供するNot the first time this is happened but they always leave stuff out of our order. Ordered a Mexican pizza meal that came with two tacos and a bunch of other food for my kids and when we got home 12 minutes later no Mexican pizza in the bag. So Ibasically spent nine dollars on two tacos and they do not answer the phone when you call to try to have that made before you getback so you don?t have to wait in line again., I called 12 times in a row with no answer just their voicemail that hangs up whenit?s finished talking
Had a Custom order. Everything was right and spot on. I see some of yall complaining but They did good today ????.
I used to think I was starting to dislike Taco Bell food, but someone took me to the Pevely location about a year ago, and the service and food have been amazing every time. It tastes just like I remember—hot and delicious. I just came from another location, and I won’t be going back because the food tasted like old grease. I’ll always choose Pevely. Keep up the great work! Thank you.
We ordered four tacos through the drive-through with no cheese. Once we parked and checked our order, we noticed there was no lettuce. We asked them to remake the tacos without cheese. The manager came out to remake them but slammed them down on the counter, breaking them. I requested that they be remade, and they apologized for the situation, explaining how busy they were with only one person in the dining room and three cars in the drive-through. This made me question whether people deserve $15 an hour for this kind of service. Eventually, they got our order right, but everything else we ordered was served cold.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The woman with the neck tattoo was extremely rude, and because of her, I will never return. I waited an hour in the drive-thru, only to encounter someone who clearly dislikes their job and takes it out on customers. I can handle missing items or getting the wrong order, but her unpleasant attitude, especially towards children, was unacceptable. She should really be let go, as it’s evident she doesn't care about her job. If not, at the very least, she should be placed in a position where she doesn’t have to interact with customers.
