Absolute worst tim hortons i’ve ever been to. This establishment lost its touch a few years ago, when they were actually good. Nowadays the wait time is minimum 10 minutes even for a single coffee, if you’re looking to get food it’s a solid 15-20 and it’s subpar at best when you finally get it. The farmers wraps are never cooked properly, i’ve stopped coming here completely when i’ve spent money here every day for the last 6 years It seems as if they’re more concerned about diversity hires rather than quality anymore. The quality of this place has took an absolute nose dive. Would never recommend to anybody

Worst Tim Hortons around. They consistently get my order wrong somehow. I legit repeated 3x fir the lady this morning Candy cane hot chocolate, she said all 3x yes I got your hot chocolate I would say no my CANDY CANE hot chocolate, finally gave up and low and behold guess what I got, hot chocolate. It 's infuriating. We are spending our money at your establishment the least you could do is give us what we order. Unbelievable to the point it 's comedic how horrible this location is.

Today at around 11:15ish, I went to your drive thru. It was typically busy and to be expected. Took a bit longer than usual but wasnt an issue. Pulled up to order. Woman taking order was talking to me and someone else inside, I think. She was causing some confusion while I tried to order wedges. She interrupted as I talked, but still I 'm cool with it as I know it can be stressful. She seemingly got frustrated and was incredibly rude, growling and then snarking either at me or someone in the store. Someone else then took over taking our order, referring to me as darlin ' . I drove away feeling completely confused offended. Nothing about my order was complicated, out of the ordinary or too large for the drive-thru. Her constant interrupting was causing a breakdown in her sbility to accurately take our order. It was a beautiful morning and we thought some food would be good as we drove home, read: we we 're not in a hurry to get anywhere, we were in a great mood and were polite and respectful to your staff.I don 't typically leave negative reviews but this person 's behaviour was ridiculously bad and bordering on offensive. My passenger was shocked and thought we should have returned to the location. I chose not to waste my time. However, this review is worth my time.
