Cafe Paradiso - Petrie Creek

We went on $5 taco Tuesday night and ordered some beef and chicken tacos. While they were not the best ones I have had, they were pretty good for an Italian style restaurant. We got 3 so they were$14 and they also offer fish tacos. After that we both had some pasta dishes. The serving size was very generous, but the flavours left me underwhelmed. I recommend that you give these dishes a miss. Sunday night are worth checking out as their pizzas are all on for $12.

Used to be as groovy cafe serving great food but now its the boring old italian again so dark looks like a funeral palour please just bring it into the 21st century wont be going back.Our waitress was lovely.

We were staying locally for the weekend recently and I ordered take away for 6 people. The food was very disappointing. Especially for the price (approx. $170 in total). The pasta meals were very oily and left a thick residue in everyone's mouths . The meals were not very tasty and we could not finish them. They also didn't have the type of pizza (lots of meat!) we asked for. Instead of telling us, they made up a pizza with had very little of anything on it. The staff were not very friendly and the whole experience was quite underwhelming.

I ate here after reading the one review currently posted and went in thinking I might add a review myself.
