I decided to bring my family here for a birthday celebration on a weekday and was curious about the "no leftovers" policy. However, the waitress abruptly seated us before providing any information, which I found to be rude. Despite the restaurant being practically empty, the waitstaff did not attend to us except for delivering our food. When we requested more water, a waitress seemed annoyed and offered us a pitcher, which we declined. The lack of communication and explanation from the staff, especially on such a slow day, took away from our dining experience. I recommend avoiding the fried dishes, which were overly dried and rubbery with unpleasant katsu sauce. Instead, go for the salads, sashimi, and grilled items (although the chicken skewers were disappointingly dry). I wanted to give this restaurant a 2.5-star rating, but since there are no half scores, I ended up leaving a tip based on my values. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant.
We brought our grandson to this restaurant for his 17th birthday. While we had enjoyed our previous visits, we were disappointed to see that they had reduced the menu options and even the choices of sauces. The prices had gone up while the choices had gone down. We were very disappointed with the changes and it has become our least favorite all-you-can-eat restaurant. We won't return unless they improve the offerings that they have taken away. Such a disappointment.
The food is delicious and the service is fast, but the portion sizes are too large. The maki rolls are oversized, requiring at least two bites to fit in your mouth, and the rolls are also quite big. The side dishes from the grill or wok are massive as well. I have been a customer for years, but this summer the portion sizes have doubled, making it difficult to try all the food because you get full so quickly. If they went back to smaller portions, it would greatly enhance the dining experience.
Our experience with the takeout sushi from this place was rather disappointing. We found the sushi to be lacking freshness and taste, and the rice was unusually stiff. In fact, my wife couldn't bring herself to finish most of her sushi and ended up discarding it. One concerning sign was the presence of ketchup-packaged wasabi and ginger, which raised suspicions about the overall quality.Given our experience, we regretfully cannot recommend this place for sushi takeout. We hope that improvements are made to ensure a more enjoyable dining experience for future customers.
First time going there. Girl i went on a date with recommended it, so we went. I haven't really been a big sushi person but the all you can eat option allowed me to try different kinds. It was an interesting experience. They AYCE menu also includes generic noodle, soup, and rice dishes so that's nice. It's a good spot if you just want a nice place to grub out, and have some money to spend ??Parking: Hotspot parking nearby
