Typical Tim's, they are usually busy but they focus more on drive-though than in-store customers. So If you go when it's busy you'll be waiting a bit. Staff are good but only so much they can do when they have a ton standing around on drive though and only a couple

5:00 pm on a Sunday and not a single bit of food in the store. Not even an apology or explanation. Just a complete and utter disappointment all around. Usually a nightmare at lunch as well. They never make enough food, and then mess up your order over and over again. Staff are useless. Proudly post a fake review at their counter, same one at most Tim Hortons restaurants.

This place needs an adult. Consistently inconsistent.

Only 1 person working the front cash during busy time on the weekends. This leads to slow times for in restaurant and mobile order. Supervisor was only worrying about drive thru times and not the whole

This timmies does not know how to prep. Every time we go they are missing something. Usually eggs and hashbrowns which are the base of most of their breakfast. You won't know until you're ordering. Then even if you ordered a modified meal, without the missing items, you're running the chance of not even giving you the right thing. I ordered a wrap and got donuts. People are driving to work with their food, they don't have time to come back and wait in 10 people lines just because the tims workers can't figure their stuff out.
