Tim Hortons - Petawawa

The dutchie is back woot woot...a couple of days ago.i.was.pretty sad....I.went to.both tim hortons in petawawa ontario and both said they didn't have it...very sad as sad they are saying it's only on for a special time...usually it's okay...we love going to the tim hortons.thst has the fireplace better atmosphere....

Food awful, and staff openly get frustrated with customers after messing up they're orders.

2 days in a row going through the drive through at 445-5 pm and the iced capp machine is being cleaned, so I was again not able to get my daily drink. Doesn't make sense to be cleaning it during peak hours.

Store owes me money Alex Boyl said he was supervisor however not able to refund me my money his terminal kept decling. When I asked for cash or gift card he said he could not do that. Said I had to drive over an hour back if I want my refund back? Called head office who says they will investigate. Still waiting for the over $6+ that they stole and could not refund. I notice this is not the only Tim Hortons to refuse refunds.?
