Ihop - Petaluma

Had a two peice French toast, was amazing. Our server was nice. Table dirty, floors sticky, but food amazing

Service was great, kids were happy, pancakes were good, rest of the food was absolutely terrible. Hashbrowns were almost cold, bacon you could see through and had no flavor.

Fast service. Bringing fast dishes (please trust me, I order from the box and make the kitchen work for it. I don't know. Food came and was good. Only what a goodbye was that I had to ask for my salad. No salad? It is either salad or soup and the soup is usually a kind of meat based. As a vegetarian, I always decide for the salad.

I am surprised to say that we had one of the best restaurant experiences in a long time at this Ihop today, Christmas morning. Food was excellent and came out FAST. The restaurant was impeccably clean. The best part was our server, José. Friendly, funny, very attentive. Somebody give that man a raise! Merry Christmas!

Visited on Veterans Day. Nice to see all the veterans being honored. Although they were very short staffed, overall service was spot on and good was fantastic! Masks are required when not eating, staff were masked. Place looks nice, warm, clean with their remodel. We waited for 5 minutes before anyone approached to seat us. But once seated, our waitress was fantastic, very attentive, and never missed a beat, despite being very busy. Our food came out quicker than expected, but we'll prepared. It was the best IHOP meal I've had since visiting over 2 decades. Keep this cook! The chocolate pancakes were very tall and fluffy. The eggs, hash browns, sausage and bacon were cooked just right. The omelette was chocked full of filling and eggs done just right, not browned or dry. The hot chocolate milkshake was good. Keep up the good work.
