The dining experience was disappointing. I ordered a cheeseburger meal, and instead of the expected fries, I received KFC fries.

Great American Farewell. I met the owner, Dave, and it was a fantastic stop on my way from Santa Rosa to San Francisco. While they don't serve ice cream, which shows they really focus on their main offerings, their food is still served at the perfect temperature. My only complaint is that I wish I could visit more often! I had two chili fries with onions and a large root beer. If you miss your mom, stop by for a warm, comforting meal that feels like a hug.

I had a great experience at the drive-thru on January 3rd, 2021, at 2:30 PM. The Asian girl working there was exceptional—always so friendly and kind. Papa Burger is definitely the best choice, and it's nice that KFC is available as well.

Absolutely terrible. We never go back. We asked if they had gift cards/beer bucks. No, the serviceman said. We couldn't believe any gift cards?? Our biggest concern was eating. We parked the car and pulled the hamburgers out. COLD Burger! The mustard and ketchup slipped on the bungalow. Obviously, the burgers were precooked. What about NO cans? Sacks everywhere. We would have gone to the restaurant and had taken to the manager, but with COVID. His not oven and buoyancy was pack. The costs were exaggerated $19.20 for 2 meals.

Just came back from this location. The cheese curds and fries tasted terrible, it's clear they haven't changed their fryer oil in a while. We also ordered 2 A7s (double cheeseburgers with ketchup, mustard, and pickles) and instead received cold single burgers loaded with mayo and lettuce. The cheese wasn't even melted. Terrible experience
