Flat Coffee - Первоуральск

A nice cozy place with delicious pastries and coffee! However, the service staff really dampens the experience. They have dull, expressionless faces and offer no smiles or kind words at all. It's quite disappointing.

We came from Yekaterinburg, to Pervouralsk to the children in the Children 's House , brought therapy dogs. We found this cafe by accident and were delighted. Very tasty, fresh food, pleasant atmosphere, you can go with your pets. The friendliness and care from the staff is god level. Creamy soup, shrimp waffles, salmon sandwich and drinks like Mojito and Aperol are especially good refreshing and not overly sweet. Kid friendliness: Lots of dietary options, and there are attractive desserts. We had breakfast here on August 11, 2023. The coffee and waffles were amazing, but the waitstaff's expressions when I asked for a vase for my bouquet were far from pleasant. There was no humor or smiles; instead, I was met with a blank stare when I suggested, "You have a vase, let’s just remove the dried flowers." When I ordered drinks and food together, it took me three attempts: first, they were out of pâté, then oranges. They brought my mother's meal first, and I had to wait about seven minutes to eat mine. On the bright side, the coffee was fantastic; they really did a great job with that. However, serving everything at once is a basic service standard that needs improvement. It’s not ideal to have a hungry person staring at their friend while they eat. I will return to see if things get better.
