Carolina's Mexican Food - Perth Amboy

Let them not fool the simpleness or size of this place. After I tried several other spots in perth amboy, I found my visit to carolina. the handmade tortillas are so good and big enough to satisfy anyone starving, the queensadillas are exquisitely soft and tasteful (the carnitas that will change their lives), and the few dishes that they have are all the definition of perfection. I recommend to them to practice their Spanish here because I experienced to order anglophone battle, but when they pass the light language barrier, a delicious and filling food will be their reward!

I love ordering tacos from this location because ingredients (including the tortillas) are always fresh! Yes! They make their own tortillas and I love that!!!! Beef tacos are my favorite! Highly recommend this place.

I went here and have gotten many things off the menu before , the food is fresh and cooked the way you want it . Would definitely recommend for a quick place to eat at or sit down with family or just a friend . Good service and delicious food
