Wingstop - Perris

Currently waiting over 30 minutes for some chicken, people who came in after us are getting their food before us, what is this?! We ordered this so long ago how are people coming in after us getting food before? I'm genuinely curious!

Came here for the 1st time. Order was not ready at the promised time. I get home and I 'm missing something from my order so I had to waste my time and drive back. Once I arrived I was just told Oh yeah this was part of your order and walks away. No apology or anything. I 'll just keep my business at BWW. Not worth dealing with crap attitude and service. Noticed different staff so I gave it a 2nd chance and same deal. Missing items. Wasted my time and one person doesn 't have a lunch now. Different staff, same garbage. These people want to get paid more and put out the worst effort.

Not sure about other people's experience at this WingStop, just based on the bad reviews. I ordered food to dine in and it was good. The chicken was crispy and flavorful. The fries were good not too much salt. The tables in the seating area were wiped down and clean. Maybe new management and crew members.

Honestly... if you are really craving Wingstop then find a different location. This place seems to always have something going on from extremely slow service, a messy restaurant, or lack of customer service. Last time I went, they had their floor mat folded right in front of the register where you stand to order. A lady almost tripped over it being there. The food is good, just not worth the trouble.

I have ordered online at this place three times. Every single time something was missing or incorrect. I really enjoy the wings at Wingstop. However their quality control is poor. It seems like they never check the order before it goes out to the customer. One time I would be getting someone's order. Another time my order would be missing my drinks and other sides I placed. I would avoid ordering at this place online and if you do a carry out. Please check your order every time!
