Mcdonald's - Perris

Our local mcd's. I would love to say to something wonderful about it.id love to say staff friendly place clean and food good. I can't tho, it's barely average. Staff cold.atmosphere cold and mechanical, and the food is cold by the time they get you your whole order. Make sure you check your food. Be prepared to be underwhelmed.

They need a better system on how to run things I was ahead of 6 vehicles that went in front of me in the drive through today, I had said “hello?” to the speaker, and they said “give me a second” by then they had attended 2 more cars in the other lane that got in the drive thru AFTER ME. That was frustrating so i said hello again and finally this nice girl took my order where I included sauce in my order. I paid then went up to the second window, I checked the bag no sauce so I asked the male employee and he had 4 sauces in his hand I had 2 bags of food and he handed me TWO out of the 4 sauces so I looked at him and told him to hand me the other 2. He looked offended that I even asked. Very dumb.

Nothing but rude kids who don't make fresh food. Food usually tastes like cardboard, I mean, I know it McDonald's but other places like the Walmart location at least seem to use fresher ingredients or something. Their ice cream machine seems to always be down, and every time I go, the kids don't smile but instead give me an attitude and make me park and look at me ugly when I ask for ketchup

The employees are not customer friendly. The drive thru is the worst. Always missing an item from the order. Conversing between each other instead paying attention to the customer.

Very helpful and sweet employees. Much nicer then most McDonald's that rush you threw
