I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was lacking, and I ordered a four-piece dinner for $16. I couldn't use the drive-thru because the sign was broken and laying on the ground; it had been that way for at least a week. It seemed like there were only two people working inside, and the place was empty. I won’t be returning.
I visited this restaurant on a Sunday and found it to be very dirty. Typically, there’s only one person working, resulting in long wait times – I’ve waited up to two hours and seen as many as 20 vehicles turned away. The staff doesn’t wear hair nets, and there’s garbage scattered all over the kitchen area. I’ve put up with these issues for a while, but I’m reaching my limit. Management seems indifferent to these problems, but I hope the health department takes notice, and I plan to reach out to them tomorrow. The staff appears unkempt, and the overall cleanliness of the place is concerning. This restaurant really needs to address these serious issues before it gets shut down.
Ordered online. Went through the drive through was told to wait on the side of the building. The lady finally comes out 20 minutes later asking us what we had ordered. We left and won't return. This place is a joke.
Awful. i'd leave a zero if possible. said the food would be ready at 8:15pm, get there and the drive through lights are off and no one's answering. pull up to the window, no one's there. theres a car parked but no one inside? siad they were open on thewebsite and on google. I've had bad experiences in the past aswell, orders always being wrong, rude staff ect. don't recommend,go somewhere else. don't waste your money and your time here.
