Fast service but the food is pretty God awful. I used to love Jack in the Box as a teen. Before coming here I hadn't had Jack in 15 years. I can't tell if the quality of the food took a nosedive or if this is the worst location in existence (judging by the other reviews). The woman working the speaker barely spoke English so it was nearly impossible to understand what she was saying. I couldn't even find out my total until I got to the window. I asked her to include plenty of ranch dipping sauce. I recalled it being delicious with their tacos years ago. She gave me a grand total of three. Not exactly ideal when you plan to share an order of tiny tacos with others. I ordered my old go-to from back in the day: an ultimate cheeseburger and curly fries. The burger was so-so. It tasted like it was microwaved. I wouldn't go out of my way to order it again. Do I just remember it being tastier? I don't know, maybe. But the curly fries were absolutely terrible. No one even wanted to finish their fries, they were so greasy and weird tasting. Just imagine whatever crummy curly fries you can find in the freezer section of Wal Mart or Costco, and imagine frying them in excess oil for too long. These things were just inedible. I would never order them again. Maybe their regular fries are okay, but don't order these unless you're hankering for a tummy ache. I think I'll be giving my business to Whataburger or In-N-Out next time. Adios, Jack!
I came before closings which I understand employees want to go home. I order 4 tacos , I live about 2 or less minutes away and when I touch the tacos after paying the tacos they felt ice cold. I immediately called 3 times and no one answered. When I came home which is less than .5 mile thermometer ready 63 degrees
Feeling frustrated, I went inside to speak with the manager, but she was just as dismissive and asked me to leave. I have previously filed complaints with Jack regarding this restaurant, but I never received any response. It’s truly disappointing because I've been a loyal customer since childhood, and the service has drastically declined, with staff seemingly indifferent to customer care.
I used to go to this location often because it was the closest to home but I will not be coming here anymore. First, they close at random times. One Saturday, I remember this location wasn 't open at 9:30pm. I thought JITB was a 24-hour fast food place. Second, they miscounted and gave me less than what I paid for. Third, they don 't always ask you what utensils you may need or sauces, you have to tell them! AND this place went downhill since the pandemic. Service has gotten much slower, it takes much longer to get an order and they have this stupid tactic of back up and pull forward which damaged my car on the side. If I ever get asked that again at any other JITB location, I simply will refuse. No more. Ain 't waiting for one snack for 10-20 mins either. If they can 't manage their time efficiently, then they should be a dine-in restaurant, not a drive thru that seems to be open whenever they feel like it. They should at least update their hours on Google.
