Their specials are announced on Instagram, and everything served on their light, homemade English muffins or buttery bread is a delight. The burrito, in particular, is both flavorful and satisfying. You can't beat the value for what you receive.

I absolutely love Eric's food, and Two Birds truly showcases his passion and skills as a chef. Great food doesn’t have to be complicated, and this restaurant exemplifies that. I sampled the entire menu, and everything was absolutely delicious. I have to say that the shrimp heads, the hot chicken sandwich, and the Korean pork are my favorites, but you can't go wrong with anything you choose. Try everything; you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for a fantastic lunch today—I can't wait to return soon!

The food at the Pensacola Food Truck Festival was fantastic! The pig belly flatbread and brisket flatbread were absolutely delicious! I will definitely be returning to enjoy more amazing food in Pensacola!
