Sonic Drive-in - Pensacola

My youngest visit was great? my food was made perfect and I was very satisfied with my little waiting period, although they were busy with the lunch rush. the personal was over newer elements that were not on the menu at this time. I got exactly what I was hoping for when I was eating. fantastic team here! I saw that myself. the communication skills that the team exercises here are what distinguishes them from others here. I make door dash and I often put deliveries for this place. the crew here looks like a real team. it is clear that the cooks are usually seasoned cooks that have been in the restaurant business for a long time. I love watching her prepare a job. the crew calls the eta of each product to pack it properly and properly. I hope the manager knows the fantastic team that works here right now, when restaurants are looking for ppl, literally renting everywhere. this business should give the employees an ascent or bonus. something! time service is a high priority for them and they are proud of their work. every manager should be as incredibly proud to have a crew like the crew here! continue! it is appreciated and they are a great part of our community!

For lunch 7-28-22. the ordered grilled cheese doubleburger for the woman and me. the time was at 4:30 and they were quite busy, took one because to get food. Approved order, but if you put them a little into them, the meat was so overcooked, shaken up and hard we could hardly chew them. unfortunately we had already gone and were on the way to the house so that we could not do much. even if they are a diabetic and order a diet softdrink, be careful. the people working there regularly give them without checking the order. had it happened 4 times at this place

The guy who took the orders was as rude as ever! the poor author shook so badly (I felt sorry for her) because the line and the stands were secured and she was the only one that got food. we waited for 45 minutes for 10 hot chili customers.

The miserable employees are awesome. The restaraunt is nasty and the kitchen. Has no air. No fans for the outside tables. Old as dirt!

Awful,I wouldn't recommend this location Went through the drive through around 10 a-clock on a Wednesday night. I ordered a hotdog meal with some mozzarella sticks on the side. When getting home I was quickly to find out that we only received partial order, They forgot the tater tots for my meal.Not only that but the initial hotdog i ordered came with a side of Mold!!!! Definitely will not be coming back to this location.
