Subway - Pennington Gap

Typical Subway staff was friendly. It met my expectations.

The service was great, the restaurant was very clean, the employee were very polite and helpful, except the dinning area was very cold. I couldn't eat my lunch for freezing. Need to turn the Air conditioner down. It was warmer outside February 03, 2020 than it was inside the restaurant.

Overall, it's a great spot! The sandwiches are prepared quickly, and the staff is consistently friendly.

I'm currently out of town and I absolutely love this little subway restaurant! We visited my grandmother at her nursing home and decided to stop by for a quick bite to eat. The staff and other patrons were incredibly nice and friendly, making us feel right at home. It was especially heartwarming to see another young family there with a baby around the same age as our great-grandson, whom we miss dearly, lol. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

I wish the app were more user-friendly, or that they had promotions available for in-store use, like the Buy 2, Get 1 Free offer.
