Wegmans Bakery - Penfield

I would like to express my gratitude to the employees at Wegmans, especially the customer service team, custodians, and cash register staff. On Monday, I lost my hearing aid and tried to locate it using an app on my phone, but I was unsuccessful. The front-end staff, customer service representatives, and the helpful team all did their best to assist me. I left my name and number for them to call if they found it, and they also informed the custodial staff. At that point, I assumed my hearing aid was lost for good.

I just had the worst chicken wings ever. I bought them around 4 PM today, and they were extremely dry and almost inedible. They were so tough that eating them felt like a risk to my teeth. This is really disappointing, especially considering I've purchased these wings from Wegmans a couple of times before in larger quantities without any issues. Someone in charge of quality control really needs to evaluate the buffalo wings before they are put out, as they were left to dry out completely. So, to sum it up: be cautious if you decide to buy these!

Wegmans really needs to bottle and sell their Nashville Hot Sauce. It's absolutely incredible—definitely the best I've ever tasted, and I've lived in the South for 11 years!

I bought two pizzas last Friday like I've done every week for a year or more .So last week when I got there I was directed to bakery where I picked up the worst pizza I have ever ordered under cooked center were so undercooked it just fell apart when I complained they told me new ovens were being installed so tonight I figured we were all set.NOT waited 45 min to get the wrong pizza on one and doughy pizza on the other Wegmans has been disappointing in many other ways but this finished me off!

Wegmans is known for having everything you've ever wanted to shop for in the grocery store. What I find difficult is finding that special thing that you want to shop for in a grocery store! Went for Christmas and Thanksgiving in both times there wasn't really a lot of people Not wearing a masks as even though the store does not enforce this policy because I find an occasional one or two customers notwearing a mask. Their produce is fresh, and inventory is plentiful! Their policy of 24 hours always opened has changed. In their monopoly on crazy Rochester and a lot of the major cities in every New York state is evident by their followers always going to them before third party stores! Like Tops They definitely do not enforce social distancing as the stores were extremely over crowded!
