Morrisons - Pendle

What has happened to this restaurant? It used to be good. I suspect there have been staff cutbacks. The cafe was nearly empty, yet customers were leaving due to the long wait for food. I don't blame the staff, there just seems to be a shortage of them. The table needed cleaning, there was missing cutlery, and no coffee available. Can Morrisons not see how disorganized it has become? They should consider hiring more staff instead of cutting costs.

Nice decor’, nice food, not so great service ... also ended up changing my order as part of my order wasn’t available even though it was advertised on the menu. Ok coffee.

Not very busy today Wednesday, ordered good 25 minutes later still waiting. Asked for no beans, came with beans, egg looked and tasted like it had been sat waiting for I I now how long, chips where cold and greasy, again as though they had been sat around ages. My granddaughter macaroni cheese was inedible, and she eats ANYTHING. The kitchen has no advocates. Don't know why they couldn't get some off the shelf a few yards away! Never again

Only popped in as the Mrs had sent me in for some wrapping paper and the little one needing feeding. Chap on the till didn’t seem to know what was happening, summed up by the lady in front asked for a vegan breakfast, and he offered her eggs as they had no vegan sausages

Call in this cafe very time we come shopping to Morrisons, because it is so good value for money. My wife and I both had the jacket potato with prawn cocktail and side salad, really good size potatoes and very big prawns in a sea food sauce, and only £3:70 each. Enjoy
