Empress Mill Cafe - Pendle

This cozy café is situated inside the Empress Mill shop. It caters to their customers and doesn't seem to be actively advertised. While my wife shopped, I took a seat and one of the staff offered me a drink, which I declined. The café seems to operate without a designated person in charge, so you can ask any staff member for service. Customers can enjoy reading magazines and a daily newspaper provided on one of the tables. The café offers a variety of hot and cold drinks for sale.

The service was excellent at this restaurant. I want to give a big thank you to Ariana for informing me that the item I wanted was no longer available and providing me with a suitable alternative that arrived the next day. The service by Empress was also great. Happy anniversary to all!

I was incredibly impressed by this restaurant. Despite placing an order on Monday and it getting delayed until two days later due to being in North Scotland, the customer service was very helpful in making sure I got exactly what I needed. The food was absolutely delicious and definitely deserves a 5-star rating. Thank you.

Ordered some fabric on the back order, but it turned out to be unavailable. I had a conversation with jennifer by e-mail, very fast response, and she kindly replaced the substance with another. very satisfied with the customer service I received. a great “extreme” to that jennifer!

I have placed a few entries with empress mills and I am always satisfied with quality and worth, although I must note that the delivery is very slow, shipped to average days. so I would recommend, but only if they are not in a hurry to get their hands on their supplies.
