Penderosa Pizza - Pender Island

The pizza was absolutely phenomenal and Penderosa had an amazing list of vegetarian and vegan pizza selections making it easy to choose without substituting any food items. The staff was very friendly and shared a very thorough history and information aboutthe island. This will be my goto pizza place every time I visit Pender Island! Great work guys and thank you for the deliciouspizza!

I called to order a pizza and the lady who answered began taking my order. When I asked to substitute half of the pineapple with mushrooms and add green peppers to my BBQ chicken pizza, I was told that they’re not Domino's and they don’t allow modifications unless it’s for an allergy. I requested a moment to rethink my order since I wasn’t aware that a pizza place would have such a policy, but she hung up before I could finish. I won't be ordering from them tonight, but judging by other reviews, they seem like a good place. However, that employee really shouldn’t be working the front with such poor customer service.

Absolutely amazing pizza! It's the best slice I've had, even better than what I've tried in Vancouver or Victoria. The staff are wonderful and genuinely care about the island and delivering excellent service. Thank you for everything, Tyler!

Delicious pizza! They offer a variety of crusts, and the crust is fantastic. There are plenty of vegetarian options available, which can be made vegan as well. I tried two vegan pizzas, and they were absolutely amazing!
