Wingstop - Pembroke Pines

I 'm giving this a three star just because the food is always excellent, sometimes there 's a little too much oil on the wings but they 're usually juicy and with extra flavor I also love the fact that you can pick from so many flavored options but the customer service is terrrrrible! Anybody can follow instructions on how to make some wings but customer service etiquette lacks here. Like I 've steered away from not ordering because I don 't want to deal with the staff when it 's time to pick up or pay for my food. They hand you the receipts in a rude way or don 't even have the decency to say have a good day to you. For example, I needed to speak with a manager for a special request and as I hear the young lady passing the phone all I hear is, who dattt? Lady... I can hear you. Her tone was offensive when she got on the phone so luckily she caught me on a good day because I wasn 't going to argue with her.

This place has been really disappointing. This is my third visit, and I felt the need to speak up. I placed my order at 6:25 PM and didn’t get it until 7:21 PM. What kind of service is that? It seems to be poorly managed.

Worst food experience of my life. I would give 0 stars if possible. The manager and staff were extremely rude to everyone. I ordered my food at 6:58pm and my food was supposed to be ready at 7:39pm. I walked up to the counter at 7:45pm to check on the status of my food. The manager proceeded to place my food ticket to the back of all the orders. It is now 8:05pm and I told them that I would like a refund. They proceed to hand me my food immediately and the manager and kitchen staff begin to laugh and look at me. They need to replace the staff at this store.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I stopped by on a Sunday and ordered 30 wings to go. They have a wide variety of flavors to choose from, and I went with BBQ, Hawaiian, and Parmesan. All of them were excellent! I would definitely return to try some of the other flavors. Although I had to wait a bit, they were busy with many takeout orders. If you order in advance, you can just pick them up. I would certainly go back!

The whole experience here has made the drain complete. we are not sure what or who happened, but this at a time was one of the best wing stops. the app tells them that you will eat in an hour and then they will come there and they will have to wait 30-40 minutes! where in food business is it okay to wait for almost 2 hours for huh? then the wings are hardly sown or not properly cleaned or cooked over. I just can't.
