THIS LOVE is CLOSING PERMANENTLY. In fact, a yogurt shop will be opening in its place soon. It's a shame because the food was really good, especially the waffle breakfast sandwich.

This place is no longer in business. If you are looking for this place, the only thing you can find is heart break and disappointment.

I've lost count of how many times I've been here! They even hosted legal fair events for students, which I appreciated. I absolutely love this place—the customer service is fantastic, and the food is amazing!

OMG!!! A little hidden jewel. I heard about it because I saw they sell pancakes. I have an ugly PANCAKE! I'm an eternally loyal IHOP pancake fan. I was skeptical at first, but after I was harassed by Mr. D'angelo's friendly smile. I had a chance. I ordered regular pancakes and chicken ornaments with a chocolate liner. These are the best PANCAKs!!! Fluffy, fluffy, fluffy and big!!! The offers have been seasoned and kicked for perfection. The chocolate **** was thick and tasty. I'm sorry, IHOP! You have competition. This is my #1 go for pancakes, tenders and fantastic smoothies. Don't sleep on this place! You have to try. You won't regret it. Are you holding the great Job Fantasy Twist??????
