Dunkin' - Pembroke Pines

My tea had an unpleasant minty flavor, which I suspect was due to the cups not being washed between drinks. Additionally, my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was oddly assembled, with the egg sitting on the floor of the sandwich and the bacon on top, creating a chaotic mess. It was very disappointing.

This Dunkin' Donuts location needs a complete overhaul, from the establishment itself to the staff. The wait time is consistently long, regardless of whether there are only a couple of customers or a full house. The employees are unfriendly and often walk away from the counter without any explanation. I only come here because it's convenient, but I’d prefer to go to another place.

Additionally, my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was poorly assembled; the cheese was placed on the floor of the egg while the bacon was still upright, resulting in a complete mess. It was very disappointing.

This DD needs a complete renovation. From building to staff. It is always a long waiting period whether there are 10 customers or 2. The staff is rude and will leave the counter without a word. I'm just coming here because it's close, but I think I'd rather go my way for somewhere else.

Staff is always friendly and patient! Patient because when I go it's usually at the suggestion of my grandson who takes his time deciding. The store can sometimes be a little tidier at times, but it's not bad.
