Charlie's Too - Pembroke

I've been here for a while. The food is fantastic, some of the best fish and shrimp I've ever had. Service is great and they are always friendly. Maybe. I have just been lucky, but there are always seats available, and they are very fast to get your order out even if they are busy. The prices are good and you get a lot of food for your money. Definitely check them out, I highly recommend getting fried shrimp!

Fresh food excellently prepared! We enjoyed the onion rings, haddock and scallops with a light batter that didn't overwhelm! The scallops were moist and delicious and the haddock tasted as fresh as if it had been caught that day! Also enjoyed the fish stew with a very light savory tomato base broth. If you haven't been you must go! Service also excellent.

I would go so far as to say that Charlie offers the best fried dishes at the best prices. I order the shell basket every time I visit, and it never disappoints. Even the reheated shells taste fantastic! Excellent job keeping up the great work—definitely 5/5 and always recommended!

I have worked in several highly successful seafood restaurants and have dined in establishments across the country. If you're a fan of fried whole clams, you must visit Charlie's. They serve the best I've ever tasted, even better than the two restaurants where I worked. The price is definitely justified, as they are cooked to perfection.

I absolutely love this restaurant! We always order extra handmade onion rings and crisp them up again the next day under the broiler to enjoy with eggs for breakfast.
