Sadie's at the Gloucester Motel

From the outside the motel doesn't inspire too much confidence but don't let that deter you. The rooms in this place are really nice and very comfortable, perfect for a night stay.

The food was tasty and the service was friendly. I probably would have given it a higher rating if it hadn't been for the very awkward incident that happened out of our sight but definitely not out of ear shot between the waitress and the chef. There seemed to be a bit of a disagreement between the two and some pretty nasty sexist and racist things were said. I would of been shocked to hear what was said under any circumstance but definitely don't think it was appropriate in a restaurant.

Poor menu, shame no fresh produce. Some items very pricey best was pasta dish not much imagination there. 1 veg dish very bland and sad. Not a satisfying experience.

Even though they were extremely busy the staff were attentive and friendly, the food was superb and we were served promptly. Would go back again in a heart beat.
