Beautiful location, but to far to go in the city when dark. There are no facilities that today were disappointing that we had not said before the arrival. service: 3 location: 4

This place was absolutely fantastic . The room was up to the standard of a five star hotel. Unfortunately the owner was away so we couldn't experience the menu, which I have been assured is up to the five star standard of the rooms, would highly recommend a stay here. The forest lodge resort pemberton is a very old hotel that is in no good condition. our chalet was down and really dirty. the bed linen was really unhygienic. the internet has not worked at all. instead of worrying about elemental things like cleanliness and hygiene, management prefers to create threats that not washed away is loaded with aud 50. so much for the passion for the guest. we wouldn't even stay there for free!

Beautifully situated. well equipped rooms and very good value for money

We have accidentally left clothes (night robe) that is of great sentimental value to my partner hanging behind the bathroom door and called multiple times with no joy stating it’s not in the lost and recovery box, and there is nothing they can do.That tells me it’s been stolen. Yes it’s only clothes but still ,this has left my partner very emotional. I’m so disappointed and would never return and wouldn’t recommend.
