Dairy Queen - Pella

The best of all Dairy Queen restaurants ever. It was immaculate and cleaner than anyone else. Well lit, very comfortable and accommodating. The service was impeccable; very friendly and professional. The food was just as good as the restaurant. The ice cream cakes were issued. Don't give up the restaurant.

The staff at Dairy Queen were exceptionally kind during our visit. They were helpful, kept the place clean, and were very generous. When we mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary (who doesn’t celebrate their anniversary at DQ?!), they treated us to every delicious dessert on the house! We were too full after enjoying a fantastic fish sandwich and fries, but we really appreciated the gesture!

I absolutely love this Dairy Queen! It’s unfortunate that they are short-staffed at the moment, but the team does an amazing job! Every time I go through the drive-thru, the person at the window is so friendly and funny. They even cheer while you wait for your food! What a gem! The other day, I received a Blizzard that was made incorrectly, but they were very nice and replaced it with the correct one. I have an excellent experience every time I visit!

The service was a bit slow, but the food was absolutely delicious. The dessert was even better! The restaurant was clean, and the gentleman who took our order was patient and didn’t rush us. Whenever you're nearby, make sure to stop by for a Blizzard!

Food is good, service is good, can be a long wait in the drive-thru sometimes, but overall not too bad. UPDATE 2022 JULY This DQ has stepped it up! Wait time in the drive-thru is much better! Service is great, the folks working there now don't act like they hate their jobs, very friendly! I had previously given them a 4 star rating, but really wanted to give them a 2, the ice cream wins me over every time though. My 5 stars today is mainly do to the improvement in wait time especially due to the great attitude of the employees!
