Starbucks - Pelham

Starbucks quality can be iffy depending on what store you visit. Pelham, Inverness and Cahaba Heights consistently produce high quality drinks. We get the caramel Frappuccino and the mocha crunch Frappuccino. All three stores craft a sweet, tasty drink. We'll drive past other stores to go to one of these three.

Great service! Awesome staff!! I go here a couple of times a month and the coffee food is always delicious.

The store was clean and the staff were friendly,but they burned my croissant. After I acknowledged it to the staff. They recook it and burned a little less. I decided not to worry about it but everything else is good.

I ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake??. so good ? the employees did a great job making it. vanilla bean frapp, with white mocha, and add strawberry.

This is the fourth time I have ordered a frapp and its pure runny liquid. I would order an ice coffee if thats what I wanted. it is literally the consistency of an ice coffee. even the whipped cream is melted. Its like they made it and set it on the counter for 30 minutes then gave it to the customer. It use to not be like this.
