The Courtyard Cafe At Kailzie Gardens

Really enjoyed our lunch at the courtyard cafe today. The courtyard was sunny and sheltered, with umbrellas and space inside for those looking for shade. Staff were great: really polite, helpful and knowledgeable, and food was delicious (cauliflower bowl, toastie, and sweet potato loaded fries). Highly recommend! Tasty food, especially the pancakes. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. The prices are quite steep though. £9 for a cheese toastie?! Can't really justify that in any way. I’d just like to say what a lovely lunch we had yesterday with our 3 year old grandson The staff were so lovely I planned to give my grandson some of my soup and asked for a small empty bowl for him The chef however gave me a full bowl and a small extra bowl free of charge for him even putting cold milk in his to get it down in temperature for him without being asked So very thoughtful Food: 5
