A loudspeaker in the car does not work, and no available gift cards, but the young man in the window was very nice

I ordered the pancake breakfast for me an my wife. It was hot when I got it. An it was made correct.. good job. This place stays busy..

Not too thrilled that you are forced to use the kiosk. I feel like people don't want to work anymore. They expect the customer to do all the work for them.

I should’ve checked the reviews first. Placed a mobile order at 3:30. Figured I’d grab a quick bite while traveling. Turned out to be not so quick. Simple order, Quarter pounder with cheese, Medium fries and a drink. It was a special they’re currently running. No special requests. How it comes is fine. Waited at the counter for almost 10 mins. The cashier was real nice and was looking for my order after I had been there for a while, but couldn’t find it. I guess it’s because the lady filling the order already marked it as completed even though she was waiting on my quarter pounder. When I said to the cashier its the bag in front of the lady “because I saw my number on it”, the lady filling the order (I think she was a manager) said something to me in spanish. While I was standing there waiting for my order, 3 other people came to the front to complain about their wrong orders. This McDonalds is very poorly ran. It wasn’t even busy for a restaurant. Very disappointed. Forgot to add the drink station was a mess and so was the dining room. No pride in service here.

It at location needs improvement always missing one or more items in your order you need to ask for napkins, ketchup ,silverware, sometime your own drink. Supervisor good but customer service employees need to be more attentive on orders.
