Very dissatisfied with my experience. Apparent manager Gabby displayed very poor customer service. Very rude demeanor, I hope this location can get better training and improve customer satisfaction.

I’ve ordered from this location, maybe 3 times and each time there’s been an issue.Our last order, we received someone else’s food and when I called I was put on hold for 12 mins. I ended up driving there before anyone ever picked the phone back up and my food was still sitting on the shelf.Tonight, apparently Pibb isn’t an option, even though it’s on their website, so we received a coke in its place. No one here drinks coke and when we called, we were informed they no longer carry Pibb. After hanging up, I realized the marinara we paid extra for wasn’t with our order either.I’m just done with this location.
