Chick-fil-a - Pearland

On July 4th I went to this location and order two sandwich meals and a Cobb salad. We waited for 30ish minutes being the first car at the window right away. About 5 cars got behind us at this point and the staff didn’t explain why we were waiting so long. The staff started bringing out orders to the cars behind us but they still couldn’t go anywhere because we were in front. I overheard the worker bringing meals out that the car behind us one revived one chicken nugget meal and they ordered two. The member at the window finally said something to us say “ I’m sorry we can’t make your Cobb salad because we are out of nuggets.”I then asked if I could just have a chicken patty to cut up my myself at home. She explained how all she can do is give me my refund for the salad. Yet! My other two items have been sitting for over 30 minutes now (cold meal) instead of giving the car behind us their nugget meal those nuggets should’ve gone on my salad since we were the first car to order.I feel as if they couldn’t provide the meal they shouldn’t have let us order then 5 other cars order behind us. The order takers outside should’ve explained we are out of certain items

The young man Daelan was super kind and respectful. I had to leave a review for him because of how kind he was. The food was good per usual and service was 10/10 today ! Thank you Daelan !Food: 5/5

I'm not a fan of chicken, but my wife is, Not letting your customers eat inside makes it worse. Covid will continue to infect everyone anyway

Hannah, blonde girl that worked 2:00-3:00PM 05/30/23 at the pick up window had a little attitude when asked to fix my order that was made incorrectly. Poor mannerisms terrible communication skills.Food: 4/5

Jackson is awesome the morning team messed up my order but when I came back he helped me out without an issue. He really does well in this highly chaotic environment and honestly hope he's getting compensated for how well he can handle himself. Multitasking, customer service, and attention to detail is just some of the few things I got from him from our 3 minute encounter. Thanks as always!
