Dunkin' - Pearl River

If you're not a regular in the early am and you want a latte you have to wait. Coffee for regulars is prepared already. I had to wait 10 min one morning to get a pumpkin latte because only 1 person staff and people were wanting just reg coffee. Won't begoing to this location ????

The customer service is friendly at least the cashier, and they greet you as you come in and help you with your food selection. They actually take the time, to explain the donut selections which I appreciate, since there are always new donut selections andI often don't know, what type of donut will be in their selection. The location is clean and easy to find, and food is deliciousand fresh. My favorite selection is the beyond burger since, I'm a vegetarian so it was nice to have selection that doesn't havemeat and they also offer military discounts, so I can save a few cents when I treat myself to a burger and drink. Highlyrecommend.

In the morning, the staff seems to prioritize taking orders from regular customers over others. As a result, I waited for seven minutes for my latte, only to receive apple cider instead. It was so hot that I didn’t realize the mistake until I was at least five minutes away and couldn’t turn back without being late for my carpool, which would lead to a 45-minute commute to the Bronx. I recommend avoiding this place in the morning unless you’re a regular, as you will likely be overlooked. The staff treats your time and money as less important than those who come in after their workout at the nearby gym. I won't be returning for my coffee fix, especially after being served a non-caffeinated drink.

The coffee was absolutely terrible! I ordered a double shot espresso, but what I received was just awful.

It's a nice place, although the staff can be a bit abrupt at times. The donuts are delightful, and the decor is stunning. The coffee is always brewed well and is generally enjoyable. It's a great spot for a quick bite to eat or a coffee break.
