The Pizza Press - Pearl City

After hearing mixed reviews about the staff and food at this restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised by our experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was delicious in my opinion, and the beer selection was just right for me. It's a fantastic atmosphere to watch sports with loved ones while enjoying a thin crust pizza and a cold drink. I really enjoyed the vibes of this place and will definitely return. Their specialty pizzas are all fantastic, but I bet you could create an even better personalized one if you wanted.

This pizza restaurant allows you to create your own pizza, and it is quite good. The only criticism I have is that I would prefer slices of mushrooms on the pizza instead of small pieces. The buffalo wings were not too spicy, which is exactly how I like them, and the stuffed mushrooms were also quite tasty. We ordered takeout and when we got home, we noticed that the blue cheese container had melted a bit inside the container of wings. The prices are comparable to other restaurants on the island, leaning towards the higher side, but that's the price we pay for living in paradise. We took advantage of the Tuesday deal, which helped to reduce the overall cost. They also offer a decent lunch special, which I plan to try in the future. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

My husband and I tried this place for the first time today. He ordered The Herald pizza and I got a customized one. We enjoyed both pizzas so much that we forgot to take a picture before eating half of each. I also opted for their vegan pepperoni on my pizza, and it was absolutely delicious! Even my meat-loving husband agreed that the vegan pepperoni was surprisingly tasty and closely resembled the flavor of regular pepperoni.

We’ve ordered to-go through their website a couple times now and had great experiences. I’m pleased at the wide variety of sauces, cheeses, and toppings offered, many you won’t find at any other pizza shop. You can also order gluten-free or cauliflower crust, and they even offer vegan meats and cheeses for those interested. The pizzas are a little small for the price, but the flavor and variety of options make up for it. This is definitely a place I’d go back to. Hopefully next trip will be dine-in to enjoy the TVs and craft beer offerings! Staff has always been nice at pick-up too!

Great selection of crusts. Signature toppings cleverly named after different news prints. They ask you if you 'd like to 'publish ' your own pizza (custom toppings). Tried the stuffed mushrooms, those were yummy! I ordered the 'Tribune ' because I like artichoke hearts, went very well with the Alfredo. Would definitely go again. Probably wouldn 't force myself to finish the whole thing next time
