Mcdonald's - Pearl City

Went there for a late evening snack. Good service and fast. Fresh too.

I forgot her name, but I think it was Jazmine. I always order caramel, not whipped cream, on the app. However, for some reason, today my order came as iced caramel coffee instead. I checked my order and confirmed that it was wrong. I went inside, and she fixed my order while also letting me keep the incorrect one. She didn’t give me a strange look and was happy to assist me. I apologized and thanked her for her help.

I had an amazing experience at the restaurant, thanks to Ronald, who was incredibly enthusiastic and full of energy! He’s the kind of person that every company should have on their team. The customer service was outstanding! I came in to try the Glazed Pull Apart Donut and needed a large cup of ice for the diet coke I had in my car, but he was more than happy to assist me!

The service here is consistently fast and reliable, and the food is always delicious. My only complaint is about the staff member who struggles with cleaning the ice machine—it can be quite annoying when all you want is some ice. During the entire drive-thru experience, I didn't get any ice. It's time for an update on the ice machine with my order. Ugh, I guess I'll just stick to fries instead.
