Mcdonald's - Pearl City

Mobile ordering is a game-changer! There’s no need to wait in line; you can simply grab your order and go. It took me less than 3 minutes – incredibly fast!

I often choose this McDonald's because it's conveniently located for me, near Foodland, Longs, Walmart, and Sam's Club. It's in a busy shopping area! When the right person is working the drive-thru window, everything runs smoothly. However, it can get quite chaotic when Foodland customers come in. I feel that the person at the window is my saving grace; if I notice the service is taking longer than it should, it usually means there's a problem with taking orders. But when everything goes well and my order is correct the first time, it makes for a happy experience! Unfortunately, I have had some bad experiences at two other McDonald's locations that I will avoid, as they always seem to get my order wrong.

This is one of the rare restaurants inside a Walmart that seems to be managed well. The food was served hot and promptly, and, unlike many other Walmart locations, the dining area was very clean.

7/29/2021 Popped in to pick up lunch for my fiance. If you walk in instead of using the drive-thru, there's only one door that's used for entering. It's the door closest to the drive-thru. I was greeted immediately and the dining area was empty with only 4 people sitting at a table. The Quarter Pounder with cheese meal was made quickly. A difference during this pandemic is that an employee makes your drink for you rather than you making it yourself. When you leave you need to use the other door that's facing the parking lot to Food and Farms. All in all, good service and consistent food!

Conveniently located inside of Pearl City Walmart. This store/branch offers its own discount on certain items and I respect that. There are places to “park” your shopping cart as well. A less-than-a-dollar-ice-cream-cone was offered when I went there.
